You don’t need a special occasion to bake cookies, especially when our baking mix makes it this easy. In our opinion, pancakes are best served at brunch and chocolate cake is at home on a birthday, but nibbling on cookies always feels right. Whether it be a nutritious 11am snack or a delicious accompaniment to your afternoon cup of tea (and hey, we’re not judging if you want both), our vegan-friendly glow makers oat and cranberry cookies are just the ticket.
In fact, we even like to keep some in a tin for when friends pop by. Because, who doesn’t love to be offered a yummy oat and cranberry cookie, especially one packed with natural ingredients and zero refined sugar? You see, that’s what makes our cookie baking mix so special; it may taste like a treat but we’ve worked hard to ensure it makes your tummy happy, too. You won’t find any refined sugar or artificial ingredients in our vegan cookies. Instead, they’re all-natural and made with some of our favourite foods like pumpkin seeds, cranberries, cinnamon and organic oats.
We also ask you to add a natural sweetener like honey or agave syrup as well as a mashed banana to our mix so that they’re thick and tasty enough, which also ticks off another one of your five a day. Plus, our cookie baking mixes are vegan-friendly, gluten-free and dairy-free, as well as organic. You’ll be positively glowing once you’ve eaten them – hence the name!
Organic gluten-free oats*, organic unrefined cane sugar*, tapioca flour*, dried cranberries (14%), buckwheat flour*, brown rice flour*, pumpkin seeds (5%), milled linseed, chicory inulin powder (2%), gluten-free baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, corn starch, sodium bicarbonate), cinnamon, salt.

Just add 1 egg or an egg replacer of choice (e.g. 1 ripe mashed banana), 35ml vegetable oil, 75ml of water, 15g of honey or agave.
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Line the baking tray with baking paper and grease with some coconut oil or butter.
In a small bowl combine the egg (or egg replacer), honey (or agave nectar), water and oil.
Pour contents of the mix into a large bowl, add wet ingredients and stir until incorporated.
Form the dough into small balls (3-4cm in diameter), press slightly to flatten, put on the tray and bake for 17-20 minutes.
