Bathing Instructions
Use 1-2 cups in a warm bath and dim the lights to create a soothing, cosy atmosphere.

Foot soak Instructions

Dissolve up to 1 cup (250g) of salt in a warm 5 litre foot bath of approx 37-39°C. Relax and soak feet for up to 20 minutes, refreshing with additional warm water if needed.
