Ingredients

Epsom salts: Soothing & Relaxing

Spiced orange, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and clove bud: Calming & Comforting

Bathing Instructions

Use 1-2 cups in a warm bath and dim the lights to create a soothing, cosy atmosphere.

Immerse yourself in fragrant mineral waters for at least 20 minutes doing whatever wellbeing ritual means to you.

Relax with a podcast and glass of wine, listen to a guided meditation, pop on a facemask or simply just be still for a while.

Foot soak Instructions

Dissolve up to 1 cup (250g) of salt in a warm 5 litre foot bath of approx 37-39°C. Relax and soak feet for up to 20 minutes, refreshing with additional warm water if needed.

Precautions

Use under the guidance of a health professional if pregnant or breastfeeding. For external use only. Do not use on broken skin. Avoid contact with eyes.

If irritation occurs, stop bathing and rinse with water. If it persists, seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children.
